Netherurd includes a historic and welcoming Georgian mansion house, five rolling green campsites and purpose-built group accommodation, the garden house, all set in a beautiful 30-acre estate in the Scottish Borders.
Our magnificent Georgian house offers three spacious drawing rooms, two dining areas and sleeping facilities for up to 39 people. There’s also a disabled lift up to the bar and conference facilities on the first floor.
The Garden House provides purpose-built group accommodation and a flexible, modern space to accommodate either two groups of 30 or a larger group of 60 people.
It’s made up of two wings, each suitable for 24 children and six adults. The Garden House is fully accessible for those with special needs and includes a high dependency suite in each wing of the building.
Each wing of the Garden House includes a fully-fitted kitchen, lounge, first aid room, a high dependency suite, store room, one twin en-suite room, one en-suite room with four single beds, and four rooms with bunk beds sleeping 6 people each with access to a modern bathroom/shower room facility.
Our high dependency suites have fully equipped wet room showering facilities, they’re all on one level indoors and there are ramps to enter and exit the building.
There are five campsites within Netherurd’s beautiful grounds – three larger sites and two smaller sites located next to a burn, including shelters, showers and flushing toilets on-site.
We can provide tents, cooking equipment and other kit – just let us know your requirements.
New accommodation is now available at Netherurd – The Village. You can camp in style in one of our three wooden cabins which each sleep five people. Each cabin has lighting, electricity and bench beds with mattresses and pillows.
